Mindful Living, a 6-Week Transformational Program at Work

“Mindful Living, a 6-Week Transformational Program at Work” is a comprehensive training that assists companies in achieving a healthy, productive, and engaged work environment. It promotes and integrates stress-management skills and wellness in the workplace and personal life. Participants will learn how to be less irritable and stressed, more focused; and to feel more creative and have better relationships with others at work and home, by creating their own individualized mindfulness practice.

The tools Benaz offers will help individuals, employees, and management to develop a healthier relationship within ALL areas of their lives, especially with stress. Throughout the Mindful Living program, participants will be consciously working with their own stress, pain, and illness and the challenges and demands of the day-to-day work.

The central objective of the course is for participants to have the tools necessary to continue their mindfulness practice after the course is completed. This program is hands-on, supportive, and structured.

This program is available free as a short 45 minutes introductory seminar that gives a high-level view of the program and its benefits in the workplace.

The practice of mindfulness is the core teaching of this program, which includes the following:

  • 1Introduction To Mindfulness: Introducing various mindfulness practices and integration into all areas of one’s life, including the workplace.
  • 2Mindful Self-Compassion: Deepening one’s personal practice of responding to difficult emotions by being aware of negative thoughts and behaviors, resulting in higher emotional intelligence.
  • 3Stress Reduction Using Mindful Approach: Learning to respond to difficult situations rather than reacting, and embracing positive perspective in life.
  • 4Mindful Communication: Mindful Listening and Mindful Speaking – improving skills of listening and speaking by connecting people in a Mindful way which will improve teamwork and cooperation.
  • 5Mindful Eating: Learning how to integrate healthy eating into a busy lifestyle, improving health, energy level, and mood.
  • 6Living and Applying Practice of Mindfulness in All Areas: Eight ways of integrating Mindfulness in creating work life balance.

How does it work?

Mindfulness courses are held in places of business and consist of six weekly sessions, each lasting 2 hours. Classes are offered in the morning or evening and are tailored to organizational needs. In addition to practicing mindfulness meditation, the class provides support for participants in fostering a daily meditation practice and discussion about how to integrate mindfulness into various aspects of every-day life.

Mindfulness seminar or workshop is also available as a half-day or all-day retreat.

Mindfulness is best understood through its practice. To benefit, participants are asked to commit themselves to practicing mindfulness meditation from 45 to 60 minutes per day. Participants are coached to work with this commitment with gentleness and patience.

How much does it cost?

Mindfulness Taster Sessions:
